Estaba lleno de cucarachas nos salimos el miercoles 23 de diciembre y ustedes quedaron de regresarnos el reembolso de ls demas noches y nunca lo hicieron por lo cual jamas hare otra reserva con ustedes por que no son cumplidos

Primeiro Não recebi informações sobre o endereço correto do condomínio. Na casa contratei o uso da piscina aquecida, mas não consegui aquecer. Outro problema foi a banheira da suíte master que não estava funcionando. E por último é muito desagradável mesmo foi um WhatsApp que recebi alegando q eu teria deixado a casa depois das 14 hs e informando q eu teria que pagar mais $340,00 um absurdo primeiro pq eu deixei a casa pontualmente às 12 hs que foi o horário combinado.
