This property has potential to be a fairly nice place. Unfortunately it feels like 4 college guys moved in together & brought all their belongings to decorate. Completely mismatched furniture & way to much of it. For instance the front room has couches & a round dining table along with a desk. While connected right to it is a rectangular dining table/room. Living room has a couch & 2 different motorized recliners along with strange cubby holder acting as an end table plus another desk. The property is older and the furniture matches that. Living room has a nice roku tv which was good. Bedrooms all have TVs as well though tiny and some oddly placed on the walls. Pool was filled with dead frogs and hadn’t been cleaned out in a while but my kids didn’t care. The property is about a 25 minute drive to the Disney parks most days and is located near a Target and food options. It is in a gated community which is nice though the neighborhood seemed a little sketchy. Typical Florida style with no supplies provided on site as far as TP, PT, soap, dishwasher, etc. so plan on a target stop. Functional kitchen and W/D. Bedrooms worked for what we wanted and they made an attempt at some Disney decorating with a Cars room and a princess room for the kids. First day a smoke alarm battery was chirping and we could not get ahold of anyone to come swap it out so we took it down. We also had to go buy cheap towels at Target as not enough on site. Functional place but it needs some TLC.
