I like the fact that the rooms did not smell of perfume. Of course the halls and everywhere else smell the fragrance but at least the room was fragrance free which I look for and is almost impossible to get. The only thing I was a little bit disappointed is I got a balcony room so I can have fresh air and I didn't realize that the balcony was to the inside of the building. Although it worked out fine because the room had fresh air.

Opted for this location due to its proximity to the airport. However, the images portraying the hotel suggested a modern establishment, but checking in for the hotel it seems outdated there were some mold on shower head and the hotel seemed to have had some renovations but the hall ways and room had a weird odor, and to exacerbate matters, the malfunctioning door lock, attributed to a drained battery, necessitated a frustrating wait for assistance.

The room was generally clean, and the bedding was fresh. BUT The room had a "crusty" feeling. There was some caked-on grime on the phone. The return vent that was installed on the wall had an excessive amount of dust in it. The wall-mounted shower soaps were coming off. There appeared to have been an attempt to reattach them to the wall using caulk or adhesive. Water was gushing out of the top of the shower head because it was not attached correctly. The curtains were giving off quite a bit of dust when opened.

To pay $ 20.00 for overnight parking was a surprise. The hotels around the area do not charge for parking. I don’t think a free chocolate chip cookie is worth $ 20.00. Will look around for other options next time.

This The double chocolate chip cookies were amazing and complimentary. The breakfast is pricey but very good. There’s a bar and a restaurant by the lobby, pool with cabanas and a little gym. The rooms are ok. The staff is very friendly and there’s a free shuttle service to and from the airport. Housekeeping staff is extremely friendly and efficient even though most of them don’t speak English. I left a robe and called the hotel, housekeeping had found it and hold it for me for a couple of days until I came back to Orlando to retrieve it. I just had a little problem with the carpet which was worn out and the decor was a little dated. Otherwise I can recommend the hotel for a short visit.

Great hotel, no complaints. We will stay there again when we fly into Orlando. Stayed before and after a cruise. Perfect set-up with good shuttle right to the cruise shuttle at the airport. Nice bar (over-priced) and good food in restaurant . great staff and service at Starbucks.

Bed and pillows were comfortable. Shuttle was very prompt. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Cookie was tasty. One change could make this location so much better - WARM LIGHTING. Unfortunately, they use cool fluorescent light bulbs everywhere which is not calm/cozy. It is like harsh hospital lighting. Makes the hotel look cheap. Such an easy change. I'm really surprised for a DoubleTree.

Stayed two nights overall stay was great only little mishaps. The reservation states $25 per night hold however when I got there they requested $50 per night. The shower head was not the best for me and the water kept settling in the tub, was not draining properly. Apart from those few things it’s a great place and I would stay again . I almost forgot the bed was the best sleep I got in all my years traveling.

There was walkable dining options which was nice! The pool area was decent. Kept asking for towels for a couple hours for the pool and they never came. Had to air dry. Overall staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay again!

Air conditioning did not work . Had an early flight so I could not wait to have it fixed . Did not get any sleep. The shower leaked all on the floor even with door closed. The floor was very slippery almost fell . Definitely going to call Hilton for some compensation. I have never been at a Hilton with these types of issues.
