The room was very dirty, the bathroom was not cleaned well, and the air conditioner in the room was extremely noisy, affecting my sleep. There was a short-haired front desk staff with a very poor attitude. Overall, it was a terrible experience.

This property was misled through Expedia advertising for starters, there was no kind of eating service, there was no pool service as advertised, there was no concierge service we were greeted poorly, we were first put into a dirty filthy room that was never cleaned with dirty sheets, towels, and pillows, We were put In a second room that look like it was clean, but I went ahead and purchased cleaning supplies after a 17 hour trip to clean the room, no television service no room service of any, We found used condoms in the room, we asked for A refund of the room purchase , Experian is not being cooperative, the general manager, Sean, three days after our initial conversation still no response back, Expedia Expedia finally sent me an email to fill out a form, I will never ever ever book anything through Expedia or any other kind of agency

The elevator was trashed with part of the wall torn off, the room was dirty, toilet off base, hole in bathhroom wall, the bed cover had cigarette burn holes, the door had several marks where latches had to be replaced. Did not feel safe.

I don't usually give reviews, but this hotel needs to remodel or something, or demolish. The corridors are filthy, the elevator was not clean, and very slow, the door to our room on the fifth floor was very difficult to open and had to be forced open, there was a crack in our ceiling where it looked like water damage was and probably painted over, the room had a dusty smell, most outlets didn't work, and the ones that did would shoot soarks when we plugged in our phone chargers, lamps had USB chargers, but none worked, the toilet was in the middle of the bathroom (seriously, in the middle) and not close to the wall, i couldn't shower because the shower head was leaking and spraying out of the tub and through the shower curtain and flodded the floor, just overall dirty walls and marks on the walls like the room had been altered, but badly. Also saw a lady smoking while sitting right inside her room with the door open (guess she thought none of the smoke would stay in the room) right near the office and they didnt seem to care. Really wish i could get a refund. Will not ever stay at another Clarion based on this experience.

The property needs to be updated and lobby wasn't very clean. The elevator had a really bad odor and very damaged. The bathroom in the room was also unclean. The area near the hotel was great!

Unless you absolutely cannot afford anything else do not stay here! I chose to stay here because it was only going to be a couple of day and I figured it can’t be all that bad but I was wrong.

The pool was broken and we were not told in advance. The room was old and the water from the shower sprayed into the room. My husband had to fix the shower head. The ice machine was on the 2nd and 3rd floor and you had to take a ricketty old elevator or sketchy stairs to it. Won't stay there again.

The rooms smell like smoke, cigarette burns on the sheets, Roaches in the rooms, latch on door was broken, blow dryer doesn’t work and charger ports didn’t work. I end up switching to 3 rooms before I was a little satisfied.Manger didn’t want to do anything to accommodate me. I paid for 2 nights and only stayed 1 night.

Hairs everywhere, super dirty, door lock was broken, staff were super rude and the room looked like someone was in there before I got in, I never write reviews before but I couldn’t stay quiet with this one. I had a terrible Racist experience at The Clarion Hotel on International Drive in Orlando the woman who was at front desk was racist , mean and nasty , she lied saying I had no reservation there but she cancelled instead just because I greeted her in Spanish language ! Also she put me as an undesirable customer in order to get my money and not refund it ! She even called security to lock me out These woman should not be working there , I hope managers of this hotel take care of this ! I don't usually pick high end hotels in general. We literally use it to sleep. That's what you get here a bed, bathroom and a TV. The pool was under construction apparently the one day we thought we would use it. Arrived to check in and was told they don't take our type of debit card (ultimately they did let me use it) The nicest employee was the overnight staff which we usually chatted with while waiting for the theme park shuttle. Rooms definitely could use some upkeep.

There is so much you can say about this hotel . But the main thing is YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR . This is not a 5 star hotel . There is no pool . But it is in a perfect location . If you’re looking for a quiet family hotel , this hotel is NOT for you . If you’re looking to have fun and party the night away on international drive , this is the PERFECT hotel . Everything is within walking distance . I would book again .
