Terrible Experience – Do Not Book This Property
We booked a 3-night stay (Friday–Monday) for 16 people. The morning after we arrived, the upstairs A/C—responsible for cooling 6 of the 7 bedrooms—stopped working. We contacted the property management company right away and were repeatedly told a technician would arrive soon. No one came until after noon on Sunday.
In the meantime, everyone had to cram onto the first floor to sleep. It was hot, crowded, and incredibly uncomfortable. When the technician finally showed up, he said the parts wouldn’t be available until later in the week—well after our stay.
We were told we could either leave Sunday night and get a refund for that night or stay and still only receive a one night refund. No relocation options were offered because everything was “booked.” I asked to speak with the owner, but management refused to connect us. The owner never reached out or returned my calls.
A reasonable solution would have been a refund for two nights, since only the first night was livable. Most of our group left on Sunday—it was just too uncomfortable.
I understand things happen, but the lack of communication, accountability, and concern for our experience was unacceptable. If something goes wrong at this property, you’re on your own.
Avoid this rental.
