The pump was out of order we couldn't have a heated pool the microwave went out on Thanksgiving day and all we was told was to heat our food over the stove in the oven which was a very inconvenience since we had our full of people also there were roach traps everywhere and we had small kids trying to pick them up Very dissatisfied

House was wonderful, in a great neighborhood. Definitely be prepared to go out and get some paper products they only leave 1 roll of TP in each of the bathrooms and 1 roll of paper towels, and if you have a house full, it goes quick!
