"I've already bragged on the staff (thanks Erin Hartery & staff) We checked in (after 12 noon & left the resort @ 7pm) on the same day. Enough said on that. We are awaiting a refund for our second day of unused stay which pm mgr Erin will be adeptly handling. One thing to remember: "things happen BEYOND the hotel's control...but the SERVICE RECOVERY is what the guest walks away with...in the end, AND DRIVES A RETURN VISIT."

"We liked the location with easy access to the beach which we visited both Saturday and Sunday. We enjoyed our walks along the beach. The beach got a little too crowded Sunday afternoon. The ocean water was cool and refreshing, not cold. But it's mid-June. The room was superb, clean comfortable and well furnished - nice colors. Bathroom was clean and attractive. We're not folks that use bars so we have no comment here. It very much reminded us a Bed & Breakfast we frequently used when visiting...
