"Absolutely amazing! Very clean, very friendly, extremely helpful and courteous front desk staff. The restaurant staff was extremely kind and welcoming lots of food options and drink options. They had a nice happy hour special each evening. The decor and the holiday decorations throughout the entire hotel was great! Good walking distance to all local attractions. I was super hesitant on booking anything because of reviews on other areas and this one truly reflected the previous reviews 10 out of 10!"

"Our room was so clean and comfortable! The staff were friendly and helpful- we ate at the Hudson Market and the night bar. We loved the location to Rockefeller Center and Times Square. The elevators were a bit congested and it took some time to get up and down to our room during busy times. But we would stay there again! "

"Everything was wonderful, the front desk amazing service, the only thing is to improve the lobby area there’s not enough place to sit and they shouldn’t let people from outside to come for pictures during Christmas time, too much, it was like a zoo and us that are staying we didn’t have enough chairs or room to rest!"
