"Very impressive hotel. Plenty of available parking and on arriving the staff at reception were helpful, friendly and ensured our check in was quick and easy. Lovely bar and restaurant where we ate as it was extremely well presented/decorated/furnished. My room was large and well appointed and like the rest of the hotel nicely furnished /decorated and it makes a pleasant change to a lot of hotel rooms to have both a large shower and large bath. Both our evening meal and breakfast were excellent....

"Noisy . A group of very noisy people was watching tv in the lobby until 1 am . Without any intervention from the staff ."

"Pro: AC worked very well, bed was very comfortable. Room was spacious. Con: Towels didn’t smell fresh. Shower didn’t drain properly. Staff made us wait to ensure they got their money from Expedia which I thought was really weird. All attention at check out went there and they didn’t ask if we had enjoyed our stay."

"Property is in great location 10-15 walk from main areas on a canal. It's a great walk into town to see some neighborhoods you otherwise wouldn't. The breakfast was great, staff very helpful and attentive. Room was by far the largest we had on entire Belgian/Netherlands trip. Highly recommend this property."

"Nous avons eu un superbe séjour dans ce lieu empreint du passé et préservé par le patrimoine. L’hôtesse d’accueil était très gentille et serviable ainsi que l’ensemble du personnel. Nous avons profité du petit jardin intérieur en prenant un verre, ainsi que quelques jeux à notre disposition dans le lobby bar. Dans notre chambre nous avions : l’air climatisé, une petite boîte de chocolat et plusieurs essentiels pour l’hygiène. Il n’y a pas d’ascenseur pour préserver le patrimoine et cela est...

"Good location and nice modern touches. But of a maze to get to the room with some stairs. Staff super helpful. Could be a bit cleaner in some areas. There was snot or something on the wall and the backside of the washroom door had dirty fingerprints on the inside of the bathroom; I wiped them off"
