"Stunning modern hotel with beautiful Japanese aesthetic and everything you could ever think of provided for. True white glove service with the concierge, room service, and included breakfast. Rooms were spacious, modern with heated floors, electric blinds, ease of use for wifi/tv/bluetooth speakers, and included mini bar is fully stocked with snacks and essentials. "Smart, comfortable and clean hotel in a good location. Rooms are a good size compared to other hotels. Breakfast is okay but they struggle if you want a variation on the listed items (my wife just wanted toast which caused a bit of a flap but got sorted). Rooms don’t have bottled water but there is a water and ice machine on each floor. If your room is a long way from the lifts this can be a bit of a faff (but to be honest it’s a first world problem). Would stay here again."

"Great location. Nice touches like filtered water stations throughout the hotel. Staff were excellent! The only thing missing for me was a pool. There was also an apple station near our elevator. We enjoyed a post concert drink in the bar and the staff were awesome!"

"I have stayed in five star properties before. This is about a 3.5 star property. The rooms although very clean were worn and dated. I could feel the springs in the mattress. Pillows so so. The Italian restaurant downstairs was very expensive and lacked the food quality. Cafe was nice and the food options were good. I had accidentally left my sweater in cafe on my chair. Only staff were there as closing time. I went back less than 5 minutes later and my lace cardigan was gone. Asked lady...

"The hotel is amazing! It's very clean and smells really good. Beautiful lobby and the view of the CN Tower you can see outside of your hotel. Everything inside the hotel room is spacious and brand new! We enjoyed our stay :) Highly recommend!"
