"Hot tub was broken and seems to have been for awhile, obviously this is an important feature to be missing. Some of the extras like chairs and umbrellas are not in great condition, although they were nice to have. The breakfast offerings were fine although I wouldn't call it a bed and breakfast. The kitchen was nice and the bathrooms and showers were good. Our room, the Hibiscus suite, was very nice with a comfy bed and pillows and a mini fridge. We parked in one of their parking lots and the rear spare tire of our Jeep Wrangler was stolen along with 3 other jeeps tires the same night. "Great location! Nice that the room had beach chairs available to use. We arrived earlier around 0100, unfortunately early check-in wasn't available, although we signed up to get one in advance. The host was very friendly, allowed us to park our car on the property while we were hanging on the beach and waiting to check in."
