"We had a fantastic stay for our family ski holiday. We've stayed in other places in Avoriaz in the past and the location of L'Amara is just spot on for children. Our appointment was directly above the ski locker which was straight out onto the run. We used the pool area a couple of times and although it was quite busy, it never felt crowded. The parking was convenient and easy to access the appartment from it. The appartment itself was actually surprisingly roomy for an avoriaz appartment....

"Schöne Aussicht und nettes Personal. Das Chalet und die Einrichtung war schon etwas älter. Aber es war sauber und alles vorhanden was nötig ist. Nur in der Küche fehlt ein Backofen. Wir empfehlen auf jeden Fall die Zimmer mit einem Balkon. Geschäfte sind etwas weiter entfernt und wer nach Evian in Zentrum laufen möchte sollte gut zu Fuss sein, weil die Unterkunft schon etwas am Hang liegt."

"The accommodation was a bit cramped for five people with luggage, with limited storage. A sixth person spotless have been impossible Ski room not heated, so we took our ski boots back to the room each night to stay warm to aid in putting them in the next day Very helpful at reception Good dining options"

"The night I arrived the entry codes worked however, there was someone else in my assigned room. It was late in the evening, and I called the hotel support. Luckily, [and by chance] they were able to get me into another room [which was not what I had reserved]. The light in the bathroom did not work. "Nous avons réservé cet appartement et notre séjour a été très décevant. • Manque d’équipements essentiels : À notre arrivée, il manquait des couettes et des couverts. Malgré de nombreuses relances (appels et e-mails), une seule couette nous a été livrée au bout de plusieurs jours, et aucun suivi n’a été effectué pour le reste des problèmes signalés. • Propreté insuffisante : L’appartement était dans un mauvais état : vitres sales, moquette tachée, machine à café non vidée, vaisselle sale,...

"This property is in a location that has ski bus nearby so it is convenient. I don't know if everyone else realizes that the guest needs to clean up the place themselves and get it ready for the next guest. Thought there would be a final clean by the cleaning lady but clearly not. or you can pay for it. Just a reminder in case you don't know this already. The overall communication and follow up is ok. "
