"I stayed 3 nights at the Artezen and really enjoyed it. The room was really nice and clean. What really stood out for me were the beautiful linens by Frette (slippers too!), which I thought was a very elegant touch. The staff is delightfully young and friendly. Also very helpful when I asked for an iron … ironing board and iron sent to the room immediately. Also, I had a VIP voucher to use at the rooftop bar, but as it was closed on Sunday night and memorial day Monday night, I couldn’t use it....

We enjoyed the street view from our room, and the location is truly prime! We also loved the 24/7 rooftop access, which offers fantastic views of the city. The staff was kind and welcoming throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Good place, good people. Like this chain, would happily stay there again. Little lapses - restaurant and terrace hours not listed anywhere I could find, for instance - had to ask. Arrangement with dry cleaners very helpful at the end of a month-long trip, but laundry list and staff gave different stories on timing. Likewise, I think there was room service, but there was no obvious menu or availability time listed anywhere and the restaurant menu on the web site doesn’t match the actual menu...

"MWe enjoyed our stay at Nine Orchard! From the moment we checked in, the staff was so helpful in answering any questions we had and giving recommendations for things to do and places to see in the area. The Swan Room is amazing. The cocktails at the bar were fantastic and the bar tenders were fun to chat with. The food and atmosphere were so nice. Breakfast at the Corner Bar was also good. We ended up just staying at the hotel for breakfast every day since it was so good. They had a cocktail...
