"Overall hotel was very good, Staff very friendly and helpful, but hot breakfast needed to be warmer as it was only just off room temperature. Room OK, not enough storage space and just having to hang clothes up on a small pipe, not very good. Bed a little bit harder than I was used to but OK. Room cleaning needs improvement, as toilet and sink wasn't cleaned enough. I don't think the floor was swept too much either. Enjoyed atmosphere in the bar for Commonwealth Games."

. We came for an early flight and staff were very nice and gave us an early check.in. lot of breakfast options available 😋. The hotel is near to ASDA ALDI MCDONALD'S AND TIM HORANS. Taxi from airpirt cost £35 to £40. It cost around £12 to£15 to Bull ring shopping centre in city. The house keeping is excellent. The rooms arejust right and have a kettle & iron.
