"Great location and amenities the only negative comment would be that there is no assistance after 9:30pm. Our AC wasn’t working that night ( arrival night ) and we had to wait for assistance until the morning. The staff when present are very helpful"

"Een zeer centraal gelegen Pensión aan een gezellig plein midden in het oude centrum. Hierdoor wel wat geluidsoverlast in de avond en nacht. Elke dag schone handdoeken, alleen de lakens van het bed niet verschoond in de 5 dagen. Goede douche en verder ruime accommodatie ook. Zeker wel een aanrader qua locatie."

"We really enjoyed our stay. Pension Anne was very conveniently located in the old town near all of the best pintxos spots. The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. Our hosts were so welcoming, kind and made us a delicious breakfast each morning, catering to our tastes. The noise was not a problem for us and is expected as the apartment is located so central. Would definitely come back again! Gracias Andrea y Anne!"

"Cleanliness - there were two showers, one of which had a concerning white growing in spot in the corner
Staff - I did not receive instructions regarding check-in in advance of the reservation. I had to proactively reach out the day of and did not receive key retrieval information until a few hours before our reservation. The initial communication stated that this information would be shared 24 hours before our reservation

"The accommodation is right at the heart of old town walking distance to everything we needed. Beatrice on reception was a delight and made us fell so welcome. Claudia looked out for us when we had a bit of a mix up entering the property going above and beyond to make sure myself and my daughter were ok. I will treasure my time in San Sebastián and can’t wait to revisit. NB the location is noisy as it is so near to everything but it is just life and I did not mind it at all x"

Belle Époque Self Check-in Guest HouseBandar Lama San Sebastián
7.4 daripada 10, Baik, (79 ulasan)
"15/10 for location, but the rest was very basic at best. There were at least 9 staying while we were there and only 2 bathrooms, each containing a toilet but no separate toilets! We had to wait nearly 2 hours to use the bathroom in the morning!
It is hostel accommodation at apartment rental prices.
Belle Epoche is a very euphemistic name for the type of accommodation offered"
