"The hotel has a beautiful lobby and the hotel is situated around a lot of restaurants and bars. It is a beautiful old section of San Juan. The hotel is an old building which was retrofitted to a hotel. Like many European retrofitted hotels rooms are strangely laid out and small. But it was clean and nicely appointed. The front desk staff was excellent with great recommendations for restaurants."

"All the staff, be it valet, bel service, cleaning staff, ground staff, the restaurants, every single person was amazing! Very relaxing experience. Beach was super clean and well maintained. The pools were great as well. Kids enjoyed playing pool basketball. Great part was that they pool noodles, pool basketball, pool toys for toddlers, bug spray, at the property. Just go there and relax. Shoutout to our amazing server at Nector restaurant. Xavier made morning breakfasts easy with my 2year and 7year old!! "

"The property was nothing like the photos. There was mold and mildew in the bathroom . The rooms smelled of mold, very dusty , So much so that my son had an asthma attack. I did speak with management, they assured me the cleaning team would come the next day to clean, they did not do a good job if they did come . The apartment was suppose to be a 3 bedroom, it was 2 bedrooms one did not have a closet and a loft no dressers. Loose loft railing , The loft floor felt as if you were going to fall through it. The light in the kitchen did not work if you can even call it a kitchen , no stove, 3 drinking glasses, a college dorm size fridge, hand washing sink instead of a real sink. The list goes on and on. Quiet hours are 9pm-10am yet we were awaken 7:30am to on going construction right down the hall. Staff was very nice, But I am extremely disappointed in the apartment this company gave me . They had hanging signs saying do not flush tissue down the toilet but we were not provided extra trash bags or cleaning services to come change the garbage . Whoever did the work on this place did a shoddy job."
