"The room was clean, bathroom was clean but shower drains slow, soft towels, great water pressure, parking was easy, beds were ok. The front desk was not staffed at all times so check in was slowish, I needed to call and checkout before 8am they didn’t have anyone at the desk which made it confusing on where to put the keys. "

"My family and I went here to celebrate my 45th birthday. This hotel was perfectly located only six minute walk to the pier. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained. It was perfect for my four people family. The pool was awesome and warm and relaxing. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. We can’t wait to visit again. Thank you to the host for keeping such a well-maintained room. We had so much fun."

"Fantastic stay here, the faculty were all helpful, getting us an extra pillow on request and cleaning room and switching towels whenever prompted. The concierge helped us with our luggage in and out, and the property was clean, cozy, and quiet thru our whole stay. A fantastic getaway for my girlfriend and I, stones throw from the beach. It was the perfect getaway and we will be back!"

"I originally booked a 2 bed, for 3 guests. When we arrived, they only had a single bed for 2 guests. When I showed them my original reservation, they apologized and said they could provide a cot- at a cost. They would also have to charge an extra guest cost. Despite it being their fault. Since we needed a place to sleep, we ended up staying. Yet My reservation went from 600 to over 900$ with all the upcharges that were only necessary because they screwed up. Also they didn't even provide linens...

"Pros - staff - distance to the pier Cons - loud gatherings outside at 6a even with the noise restriction from 10p-8a. - to go up to our room you had to walk by a group on the first floor and their cloud of cigarette smoke. - could be a little cleaner (dusty lights by bed, not clean under bed) - yes, there is train noise (shakes the to at times) but that’s not the hotels fault, it’s the location. I wouldn’t stay there again."

"Everything is about this hotel works. There are notes everywhere and it's efficient. It is very clean, the personnel is helpful and it is very conveniently located right by the ocean. What I appreciated the most is the no-noise policy. There is no noise past 10:00pm and there is a very clear management rule about it. Bravo! This was the quietest hotel I have been to located by the beach that is peaceful. Thank you and your hotel is on my list of favourites!"
