"This property is always my first choice for stays downtown Nashville! I love the views, kitchen/full-sized fridge and spacious units. The location is perfect. Staff are friendly. Some minor cosmetic issues noted in unit, but overall still wonderful. This is the spot if you want to be right in the action. I can’t wait to return. "

"Place was clean and well kept. We rented two units and one of the units only had one key fob and was difficult to open. The neighbor across the hall (probably irritated by the noise of us trying to open the door, no blame of his) opened the door and gave us instructions on opening the door. The door into p3 didn’t work and it was not posted. We saw multiple groups trying to gain access as well and were frustrated. Otherwise it was a nice place to stay."

Fully stocked kitchen separate sleeping area etc Walkable to Broadway and a bit longer walk to the Gulch neighborhood. We loved it. Will definitely comeback and recommend to friends. Ps parking is not included but we parked at the pay by phone garage right next door and our truck was very secure we felt "

"very nice room impressed with the design, layout and size, bed was unfortunately terribly uncomfortable, some safety concerns with property gates/doors being unlocked for long periods at a time. minor confusion on parking with sign stating needing to register plate but no note made of that in the parking instructions. "This hotel is a true gem and conveniently located within walking distance to everything downtown. The bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve ever slept in. The water pressure in the shower was amazing. The addition of a kitchenette in the room was something I didn’t even know I needed but came in handy. I would highly recommend that anyone visiting Nashville should consider staying at Studio 154."

"Overall, this place was exactly what we needed for a girls weekend in Nashville. A tad out of the way, but walkable to things, if you're willing to walk. The property was very easy to access and maintenance was responsive when we had a small issue. Would come back!"

"This place is in an excellent location only half a block off Broadway. However, that means there is no parking included so it cost us $120 extra for three nights of parking a block away. It also means you will be awake until three in the morning on Saturday nights because the bedroom windows face the street, which is directly across from several bars. There is a Taco Bell right under the windows that stays open ultra late, so you hear people talking at all hours of the night. The entire street...

"The property was nice. We enjoyed staying here, although we had issues with the HVAC the first night (it was really hot!). And there were ants all over the floor in the kitchen the 2nd night. Overall, we liked the apartment and the location. "

"This hotel truly felt luxurious. Very small, so few people coming and going. I loved the earplugs on the nightstands, the water/ice machine in the little lobby, the many options for coffee pods, and the electric blackout shades. Very clean!! I didn't love the bed-- it was too soft for me. I also didn't love that our room was on the ground floor, with our door IN the lobby. Anytime someone entered or exited the building, it was steps from our door. Thankfully the sound barrier was pretty good,...

"This place was great. A friend had previously stayed and recommended. Great location that was walkable to multiple bars and the Gulch. Short Uber ride to Downtown. Our room was so spacious and even had a washer and dryer. Staff was super friendly and accommodating."
