"The pullout couch is not a good option for sleeping, especially an adult. It is like a very firm pillow on the ground. The staff was super helpful providing an egg crate and additional bedding but not really a good option for a bed. An updated pullout would be suggested and a handheld shower option."

The ceiling downstairs right by the kitchen had a huge hole and pipes exposed. The front door was broken and needed much repair. "Looking for a quick overnight stay. It was centrally located and close to Louisville Slugger museum. The construction through Louisville right now is a hindrance trying to get around, but that’s not the hotels fault. Just add sometime as you travel around that area."

"The elevators were broken, the fire alarm went off twice in one day, the TVs were not working, the suite door was very difficult to close, it didn’t come with sheets or pillows or blankets for the pullout couch and didn’t have enough towels, and at breakfast, there were no plates or bowls. From beginning to end, there was something majorly wrong with each part of our stay."
