"The general conditions were im bad shape. The whole motel smelled cigarettes. The room had flights and smelling. No recommended "

"We were booked for a 3 night stay. On 1 of the 3 nights our room was not cleaned. I went to the front desk to get clean towels and specifically asked that housekeeping clean our room the next day. The next morning, we saw housekeeping outside the room next to ours andI asked the girl if we were to have our room cleaned. She told me that she would be there in 10 minutes. An hour and a half later, when we checked the hallway, she had skipped our room entirely and I had to ask again to have it cleaned. In addition, the first night we were there, I tried to call the front desk but the phone did not work. I alerted the front desk and they said that they would have maintenance come up and fix it. No one ever showed up the entire time we were there."

"This property has so much potential if it was run properly! Rooms outdated, no soap in bathrooms in common areas, staff not friendly at all. No daily housekeeping, no breakfast just coffee in the morning that was always out and no napkins . Building is nice looking, Parking was easy , just a shame what a little care could make this property great!"

"Had an asthma attack as soon as I stepped in the hotel! It’s truly smoked out. We got a non smoking room and it still reeked of smoke. I would not stay there again for free. "

"The rooms appear outdated in person than in photos. Some of the outlets didn’t work. The bathroom was quite small. And worst part was the toilet did not properly flush. It ended up getting clogged and we couldn’t find anyone to help. One positive is that they offer free breakfast."

"The room was dirty and had a bad smell (which transferred onto my clothing etc.) There was mold in the bathroom. If it hadn’t been the busiest graduation weekend in the chapel hill/durham/raleigh of the year, and no where else was available, I would have moved."
