"Great location, Clean rooms"

"We were booked for a 3 night stay. On 1 of the 3 nights our room was not cleaned. I went to the front desk to get clean towels and specifically asked that housekeeping clean our room the next day. The next morning, we saw housekeeping outside the room next to ours andI asked the girl if we were to have our room cleaned. She told me that she would be there in 10 minutes. An hour and a half later, when we checked the hallway, she had skipped our room entirely and I had to ask again to have it cleaned. In addition, the first night we were there, I tried to call the front desk but the phone did not work. I alerted the front desk and they said that they would have maintenance come up and fix it. No one ever showed up the entire time we were there."

"Had an asthma attack as soon as I stepped in the hotel! It’s truly smoked out. We got a non smoking room and it still reeked of smoke. I would not stay there again for free. "

For the price I paid per night, close to $1000 I should expect better. Not acceptable! Especially for a room a I paid for in advance almost 1 YEAR AGO IN FULL. Refund due accordingly!! "We came from High Point NC for our daughter’s graduation from UNC Chapel Hill, the location was perfect for the weekend. Breakfast was great, Beds and pillows were amazing and Very Clean. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We will definitely will stay here again when in this area!!!! "
