"We arrived after check in time were told our reservation was cancelled, no call, no noticed. The desk clerk was rude and unconcerned that we had nowhere to stay. I asked several times how the reservation was cancelled, we did not cancel. He said he didn’t know and there’s nothing he can do about it. Every time I tried to ask a question he replied he didn’t know or shrugged his shoulders. I received an email AFTER we tried to check in informing me that our reservation was had been cancelled (after we tried to check in). We had stayed there previously, nothing spectacular , but we will never stay at this property again. I recommend you look elsewhere."

"We left a pair of slippers there and they want to charge a fee of $20.00 plus shipping you don't mind the shipping but another fee, we will never stay at any of your properties again"

"Upon checkin the front desk staff asked our name, handed me the key and got busy on his computer. I thought he was completing our reservation so we waited. After about 5 minutes he looked up and say “you can go”. Not very helpful!"

"Affordable option, quiet stay. Could use a little better cleaning on the grounds, common areas of the hotel. Just needed one night so this did the trick. "

"Unfortunately the property was running without a manager. When arriving we were given a room key, but there was someone already in that room. Then the next room the one bed was used. The staff did apologize about the inconvenience The shuttle was great and timely for pick up and drop off"
