"Edelhstar is a nice hotel. We enjoyed the radiant heating, and the breakfast had lots of options and was tasty. The staff was most accommodating by letting us have an early check in after a red eye flight. We were very appreciative."

"Stayed two nights a the Hotel Ranga and so glad that my wife and I added the extra day. The restaurant was all that we expected and more and a great place to spend a cold windy night in the South. It’s also only an hour or so from Reykjavik so well worth the drive for the high quality authentic Icelandic cuisine. Rooms are very comfortable and many have access to one of two outdoor hot tubs. Location also very convenient to main attractions. "
