"We enjoyed our stay here. It was centrally located for the various sites we wanted to see during our brief stopover in Iceland. The cabins were charming. We would have liked to have had blackout curtains in the living room and not just the bedroom, but everything was clean and comfortable. The workers were friendly; we'd recommend staying here."

"Such a great location! The property is extremely well maintained. The common kitchen has almost everything you’d need. The barn is a nice touch. The tents are cozy with good heat. The mattresses are heated too! We had no issues sleeping here at the end of June despite the midnight sun! Be sure to wear your eye mask and you should be good."

"Anything this location lacks in luxury is made up for in the solitude and peacefulness of the property. The Private hot tub overlooking a horse and sheep pasture was a great addition. Visually isolated from the road and from all other nearby properties. About 10km outside of town gets you away from the other tourists. GPS did get us close, but the communications and directions provided by the host before our stay were clear and got us right to the property. This was our favorite stay in our 2...

"Terrific stay, and a wonderful home base for a couple of nights within the Golden Circle area. We loved being based here and then being able to go out in the evening to visit sites like Gullfoss and the Geysir area (just 45 mins away) when they were not crowded. The place itself is modern, spacious, and very well kept. Loved the outdoor grill, hot tub, and comfortable beds. In our view, this was far better than staying at a hotel."

"We enjoyed this property for our 2 night stay. The rental unit looks brand new and is furnished very well. It was probably the largest and nicest rental units we stayed in for our entire two week trip. It was nice to have the space! The only downside to this property is that it was out in the country, away from everything. So grab what you need before retiring for the evening. "This was the last night in Iceland after camper vanning it all week. And, i must say it was an experience. The drive there, the surrounding area, and the beautiful view from the top was phenomenal! The room was very clean and modern feeling. I felt like a James Bond villian in my tower. We got lucky and were the only people there, so we had the tower to ourselves. I highly recommend this stay for a unique night with amazing views!! "
