"Beautiful property and location! The owners gave us a quick tour and recommendations for the area when we arrived. Would absolutely stay again!"

"Wasn’t able to get into the reception area and didn’t have clear instructions to check in. Had to go into town and get help from a local coffee shop, who called the hotel owner to get us in. Coffee shop staff was super helpful and had great food so that helped get over the hassle of check in. Overall, the place was quiet, in a great location, and had what we needed."

"Enjoyed my stay again in general, clean and comfortable. Host was helpful when I had a hot tub temperature issue. Two even better if's: I wish they would proactively send you the check in like others do, instead of making you contact in advance. The towel rail was making a big noise clanking on the wall which woke me up."

"The hotel is well managed and all staff were friendly. Rooms were spacious and clean. We enjoyed eating at the Moroccan restaurant there."

"The room and facility was fine, but this small town has very little to offer. We chose Hofsos because of the Sundlaug pool and hot baths, but they were mostly closed for maintenance. "
