"Clean,spacious traditional rooms.Strong shower. Staff were tremendous 👏. Turkish Breakfast was fresh and tasty Lovely garden with orange and lime trees and plenty of shade. The owners were always on site and willing to help. Home from Home."

"Clean room, comfortable beds. Good breakfast choices. The owner was very helpful in booking 2 good tours for us. We really enjoyed the boat trip. You can get dinner at this hotel, tell them what you want in the morning and they’ll cook it for you. There is a small 9 car parking space, the staff can shuffle the cars as necessary if you leave the keys with them. The only down side for us, we had a rental car, Google maps sent us down “streets” that were more like walkways. We found the hotel after about an hour of driving around the narrow streets. "

"Very well located, well designed room, scenic rooftop breakfast. We would definitely stay again. One suggestion: is to rethink the linens. just the thin blanket was plainly insufficient. We were warm enough with the extra blanket from the closet. Also, the bathroom sink was not draining."

"This hotel is a hidden gem! We stayed here for 11 nights in Sep/Oct 2025 and absolutely loved it. The hotel is minutes away from the port and the old town, with lots of shops and restaurants close by, but a note to consider - access to the hotel from the old town is up a steep flight of steps, (the staff will meet you and carry your luggage up and down), but something to consider if you have mobility issues. If you don't, don't let steps put you off! The hotel is a beautiful arrangement of small buildings, with only a handful of rooms in each. We had a premium room and it was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The staff are dedicated to your comfort, so if you needed a softer/harder pillow they can provide. There is a bar terrace at the very top (more stairs) with comfy chairs and fantastic views over the town. It's a wonderful place to have a drink and watch the sun set and the boats depart. Breakfasts are amazing! All vegetarian, great spread of turkish eats/delights - menemen, olives, fruit, pastries, jams, breads, hummus and dips, and slightly different everyday. My partner is vegan and the staff were amazing at adjusting foods for him and ensuring he had lots to eat. Kept us going until dinner time. Lastly, the staff were wonderful, incredibly friendly and Melek (the manager) helped us organise all of our excursions, restaurant bookings and transfers. Would I go back? Absolutely - in a heartbeat! Massive thank you to Villa Ephesus for a great stay. "

"We loved the facilities. The staff was very helpful. We loved how close it was to everything. Apartment was very clean. Front desk isn't staffed 24hours like it says on expedia but that was not a problem at all. We loved everything about the place with the exception of the noise. It was soooo loud that we could even feel the vibrations from the speakers next door. Getting any actual sleep before 4am was almost impossible. It's not the fault of the hotel, just the location. They did try to relocate us on the last night to another room on another floor but we just didn't want to move the luggage up another level. They gave us a peace offering of a fresh fruit bowl which was really nice. If noise doesn't bother you, then i highly recommend this hotel."
