The staff are helpful, the breakfast is ok, the ac works, bed comfortable. But the hotel needs investment. Internet was patchy, bathtub had multiple holes that had been patched roughly, other room furnishings and plumbing were old, light switches in the room functioned erratically. The hotel felt like it was slowly dying. Not a bad hotel, but not worth the price paid.

We have been staying at Hilton hotels in different cities. This one is an old Hilton Hotel. The hotel is near the beach so you can walk over in 5 minutes. Rooms are big but old.The beds are very soft as always nice to sleep in. The stuff is welcoming and smiling. But we didn't get a cookie as we are used to. The spa is a disaster. Very old and the Steam room didn't work.

The reception, bar, restaurants and pool were amazing. Only 2 negatives were the room needs refurbishing and the nightclub next door means you might not get to sleep although this seemed better on the 2nd night.

I don't usually leave reviews, but the view from my room was fantastic. When I arrived, the staff were welcoming and friendly, making me feel safe as a lone traveller. It's just a 10-minute walk to the city centre, which was very convenient. The view during dinner was beautiful, adding to the overall experience. I will definitely come back. I wish I knew the name of the person who checked me in on July 6th in room 407 so I could thank him personally.

Property needs updating and there was a quake in the middle of the night. There were no instructions as to what to do in case of earthquakes. Bed and pillows were too soft and difficult to sleep. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

ovia mobile We recently stayed at this hotel and had a lovely experience overall. The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants and shops along the street. It’s just a 15 to 20-minute walk to the cruise terminal and the Grand Bazaar, where you can find lots of great items at affordable prices. We loved walking by the seaside every day and watching the cruise ships come and sail away. We arrived after an overnight flight from the UK, landing in Izmir at 5 a.m. and reaching the hotel in Kusadasi around 10 a.m. We were so grateful that they allowed us to check in early, which gave us much-needed rest. Our return flight was in the evening, and they also let us check out late, which was much appreciated! The room was well-equipped with shampoo, shower gel, and conditioner, though the conditioner was empty throughout our stay. We didn’t bother mentioning it since I had my own, but it’s worth noting. We also had bathrobes, which was a nice touch, although they were taken away a day before checkout, which wasn’t ideal. We didn’t use the TV as it only had one English channel—BBC News. It would have been great if the TV was a smart one so we could connect our devices and watch Netflix or Prime on a larger screen. Our room was on the ground floor with access to a small shared pool, which we loved. We used it frequently and enjoyed the privacy since we never ran into other guests. The room was quiet, and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring we slept well.

The spa made up for the noise outside the hotel from 11PM to 3AM Thursday to Saturday night. Also, if you are really, really jetlagged and tired, you can fall asleep relatively quickly while Satisfaction by Benny Benassi is playing at full blast.
