Best location if staying in the Kokusai Dori area in my opinion. So close to the Heiwa Dori, Don Quijote, Tsuboya Yachimun Street and Makishi Station. Stayed in the newer RAM Tower during this trip. Nicer room. Staff were the most accommodating and their breakfast buffet was delicious as always.

Although the hotel is a bit aged, it is well maintained. The staff are helpful and polite. Nice breakfast as well. Good location! Overall very satisfied.

This hotel was a great place, their breakfast is very typical Okinawan style- loved it!!! For being in the center of Kokusai street it is very quiet. The staff was very kind and accommodating. Very convenient to walk to monorail. Highly recommend it!

Hotel is on an excellent location to walk for shopping and eating. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Breakfast changed daily and a good start to begin your day. Enjoyed our stay and would return to stay in the future.

Not so well suited for families
Not exactly the best place for younger children…other than the pool ( which only allowed for kids’ swim up to 8pm, the hotel doesn’t offer anything to entertain the kids. Afterwards, it’s a bit of a drunkards’ oasis. Otherwise, we were pleased with the friendly service and satisfactory breakfast selection. I will not likely stay there again with the children. 7/10.

Wanted to use the pool but unheated. And bevy got to hit the bar; too many things to do in Naha. Service was excellent— everyone so kind. Coffee machine in the room was a winner. Will stay again next time in Naha.

The best parts: location and (surprisingly) the spacious second floor hotel bath with actual plants. The hotel also really seemed to take precautions agains virus transmission seriously, which was reassuring.

Located at the town centre, and room is clean and not old at all. Also I called a staff at 1am after my shower cos I didnt know how to close the windows in my bathroom and he come to my room within 5mins which im very appreciated.

Great location just off Kokusai Street. Easy walk from the Makishi monorail stop. Very helpful and courteous staff. The mostly Japanese breakfast was plentiful.

Convenient location right off the main tourist street in Naha. 5 minutes walk to monorail. Room decent size. Having coin operated washer/dryer downstairs was helpful. Little run down room but functional. Coffee machine with coffee was very good. Good hotel for business.

Really love the location and the hospitality from all the staff. The hotel is not 5* facilities, but the staff service is just like 5* hotels. One of the staff really help me with my problems when I can't going to the island nearby. Location is just right on Kokusai Dori where you can get all that you need in Naha. Shopping, restaurant, convenience store, etc. The hotel can be quite old but the cleanliness is top notch. There is onsen also in the hotel (but it can be quite crowded in the night) since its quite small. Other than that, very recommended and value for money!

Quite a large hotel, right on the main street. Plenty of food nearby and the monorail station is just a short walk away. Rooms are typically Japanese style, small, but functional. Breakfast was good. Pool area is OK but small.

Small room but wonderfully complete
The double room and bed was small, but the amenities were outstanding. We were very impressed how they managed to fit so many thingd in such a small room! There was a fridge, a coffee machine and a tv set in the room. They use nano water technology, so you can drink water from the tap and the water is apparently good for your skin and hair! They provided body soap, shampoo and even conditioner (which most hotels don't). What i liked best was that they also provided hand soap by kosé (a famous Japanese brand), which doubles up as a facial wash. I liked it so much i bought a bottle. Despite the small washroom area, they have a small bathtub (good for one person to soak). The biggest surprise was their public hot bath. Even though it is a small hotel, they have a hot bath and spa area on the 2nd level and it is pretty decent. The tip of the iceberg is that they provided dyson hairdryers and kosé sekkisei lotion and essence for our use after the bath. Awesome. They will also have a small swimming pool in the future (still under construction while we were there). Besides their amenities, their location is fantastic. 5 minute walk to Makishi station and at the start of Kokusai-dori. We enjoyed the walk from our hotel all the way to the end of Kokusai-dori at Asahibashi station. Lots of things to see, eat and buy. It is also very near Makishi Public Market. Highly recommend if you dont mind having a smaller bed.
