Excellent place to stay when we visit family.

The food was amazing. The room was good, but a sofa to sit on would be excellent especially staying for a long stay. The grounds and swimming pool were beautiful. The bathrooms could be more up to date

4回目で初のコテージは残念だった

4年連続でココガーデンリゾートに宿泊しています。今回初めてキッチン付きコテージに宿泊しました。コテージの良い点はレンタカーをコテージ前に駐車できるので、荷物の出し入れや天気が悪い日の出入りに便利でした。マカマカン(レストラン)の中華メニューも、昨年までよりも美味しくなった気がします。残念だった点はバスルームがホテル棟と異なりユニット式で体を洗う場所がバスタブの中になります。便器の脇で体を洗うのが、安いビジネスホテルみたいで、気持ちが……。さらに残念だったのがホテル棟と比べてリゾート感が乏しい上に、リラックスできるソファーやオットマンもなく(ホテル棟にはあり)、滞在中座る場所が肘掛けもない椅子2脚で、結局ベッドの上にずっといました。連泊するとルネッサンスリゾートとの連携サービスも楽しめるなど、価格の割に快適な滞在のできるホテルですが、次回宿泊するならホテル棟を選びます。コテージのバスルームとソファ、リゾート感のない内装以外はサービス面も含めて、良いホテルです。

ビーチに面してないが、緑が豊富で、低層宿泊棟とコテージが一緒に配置され、雰囲気がよい低層棟に泊まったが部屋も広く室内デザインもよく、又泊まりたいと思った。夜着いたが、駐車場からフロントの位置が分かりにくかった事を除けば、快適そのものだった。

トロピカルガーデンでのんびりステイ

南国風の自然豊かな環境で気持ち良くのんびり滞在することが出来ました。フロントやレストランまで遠いのですが、トロピカルガーデンを散歩しながらの道中も楽しかったです。ホテル内のレストランでの朝食の美味しかったですが、クラブココの特典でグループホテルのルネッサンスリゾートでのランチが利用出来たのも良かったです。スタッフの皆さんの対応もとても良かったです。夜のデザートとドリンクも特典についていたのですが、レストランの営業終了後の提供になるためか、夜9時半からと遅い時間で、わざわざ着替えて出て行ったのにちょっとガッカリする内容だったのが残念でした。
