全般的に不満が残った
1泊だけだったので、まあ、我慢できた。 隣がコンビニ(ファミリーマート)なのは便利。 近隣にスナックが多く、騒いでいる酔客がいて、眠りの妨げとなった。(翌朝3時起床のため。) 目的(ツール・ド・おきなわ参加)のため、地の便を優先したが、そうでなければ、チョイスしない。

説明表示不足
５階建てなのにエレベーターが無い。 無人チェックイン、洗面所にコップが無い。パーキングが遠い。 事前にHotel.comで説明が無い。 騙された感です。 それで¥8500は高い。 良い点は繁華街に近いので立地は良い。

バス停もそんなに遠くなく隣にコンビニがあるので便利でした。 部屋の棚の下のホコリが多かった。 ハンドソープと歯磨き粉がないのが残念でした。 扉の下が空いていて外の音が凄い聞こえますが私はそんなに気にしなかったです。めちゃくちゃ扉を強く閉める人がいる時あるので注意！

元々が古いから仕方ないんだろうが、動線的に使いにくい。 値段的にも土地柄宿が少ないから物言わせてる感が否めない。 あと部屋の照明もう少し明るくして欲しい。

ホテル後ろにファミマがあって便利 入室の時にフロントがないので電話して 鍵の説明を受けました 説明は分かりやすく、丁寧でした 室内は広めで清潔 歯ブラシ、シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディーソープはあります 欲を言えば、カミソリとボディタオルが欲しかった お風呂はユニットバスで狭め 難を言えば、手洗い場の下のパイプから水漏れがあり 使うたびにトイレ付近が水浸しになりました

チェックインの時間が遅かった為か、自由に使えるフェースタオルや歯ブラシ、コップが無かった。近くのコンビニで購入した。翌日、無かった物が置いてあり、気がついた。 チェックインの際は、部屋に人数分セットしてあると、不自由なく過ごせたと思います。 必要以上に持って行かれる方がいたんだと思います。

ホテルの注意事項に「21時以降はチェックインできない」とありましたが、実際はスタッフが23時までは対応してくれるようです。 どちらかはっきり書いて欲しいと思いました

以沖繩的住宿經驗來說，房間空間真的很小很小
房間超級無敵小，3人住4人房，卻完全無法打開28吋行李箱，需要一直喬空間，房內也沒有提供室內拖，洗完澡完全不知道該怎麼辦。 旅館沒有停車位，需走一小段路到旁邊的付費停車場，也沒有電梯，行李都得自己扛，要入住的人要多考量一下。 唯一方便的是前後方有全家便利商店，要買宵夜或早餐很方便。

当初２泊の予約を１泊別予約を追加して計３泊でしたが、チェックインの際にテレビ電話でその旨伝えて、３泊とも同じ部屋に滞在OKの返事をもらっていましたが、清掃の方には伝わっておらず、３泊目に部屋にいたら清掃に来られました。予約画面を見せたりしましたが、本当にフロントが無人なので、結局エクスペディアにメールや電話をして問題解決に時間を要しました。あとは、エレベーターが無い、部屋のコンセントが少ないです。部屋はリニューアルされており、清掃も行き届いていました。

房間門下縫隙太大，高度足以讓整隻手伸進去，也因為如此隔音效果很差，可以清楚的聽到同一樓層房間喧嘩的聲音，比較不適合與小孩同住；床鋪有點太軟，除此之外住宿一夜CP值算還不錯。

如果你主要去海洋馆玩，这家酒店适合你，2公里左右还有很大的AEON和驚安殿堂，满足你购物，酒店离巴士站5分钟左右，4个站可到海洋馆，机场到酒店坐快巴一个半小时左右，价格2190yen，酒店很干净，前台服务都是自助，酒店楼的前后各有一家family mark，附近吃喝以居酒屋为主，不足的地方是没有洗衣机，房间隔音差，上下楼梯，说话，走路声都很影响

無人のため、チェックインに苦労しましたが、電話対応は良く、わからないことがあった場合やチェックイン時間を過ぎてしまった場合などに電話すると素早く対応して下さりました。ベッドも大きく、2階の共用シャワールームも便利でした。ただ、ベッドとベッドの隙間が溝になっていたため3人で寝るのに不便だった。無料の駐車スペースも便利だったが場所が分かりづらかった。

バスルームがコンパクトな作りでしたが ロビーやお部屋もオシャレでくつろげました。 今回は使用しませんでしたが バスルームの大きさが気になる方のために 共用のバスルームもあるようです。 格安のお値段でここまでのサービスを 提供していただけて非常満足です。 徒歩圏内に居酒屋が多いことも 魅力の１つだと思います(^ ^)

沒電梯，行李要自己搬上樓，只適合背包客，廁所空間超級小，設備老舊，冷氣聲音超大又不冷，不建議~~

We have prepared 2 plans. 1.That promises rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors, 2.Rooms on the 4th and 5th floors which will be cheaper. There is no elevator. There is no reception staff service. The building age is over 40 years. Sorry for the inconvenience The hotel is labor-saving, We make it possible for customers to stay at reasonable prices. It is a facility for customers who are pleased with these facilities. Thank you for your understanding.

辦理入住不方便
無人櫃枱需使用櫃枱手機check-in，一度手機當機無法跟客服人員聯絡，而且對話時音量太小，很是困擾。而且每位入住人員都要視訊讓客服人員看見，非常不便，再加上沒電梯，但價錢卻是非常可以接受。2樓有澡間可以使用比自己的浴室大多了。

沒有電梯，附近有便利店！
雖然事前知道要走樓梯，但當知道要走五層的時候，真的有往生的感覺，酒店應該有較久的歷史，但應該有裝修過，酒店處於完全沒人的狀態，入住透過視訊，但不論清潔、服務等都沒人幫忙，廁所非常的小，去洗手間或是洗澡都十分吃力，不停地撞到，房間還算寬敞，唯一可取的是附近有二十四小時便利店，早餐的問題便解決了，整體感覺一般！
