People at front desk was very nice. Having 4bed in a room was perfect for family trip.
Breakfast buffet was so hearty and delicious.
And good location, many convenient stores ware nearby and close to beach.
The breakfast was really good with lots of options. The rooms were well equiped just a little bit older than some of the other places we stayed. It is right next to the Fukushuen gardens which was really nice to walk around and feed the fish. Also walkable distance to Kokusai Dori.
Good service and kind staff at the Front Desk.
Nice breakfast with various foods.
Clean room and full amenity.
Sauna is not available.

Needs an update
It was clean, staff was friendly, and great location. Downside was the the room was really dated, bed wasn't very comfortable and our mini fridge didn't work.
Room was not very clean. Dirty carpet, shower, and overall smelled strange and felt very humid and muggy. Staff are very kind

Disliked: Staff & service
a very old builing with not well trained staff
Hotel is okay. 3-bed room has reasonable space. However, the building is very old including amenities. We had no hot water for about 5 minutes while my sister was taking a shower. What makes our staying experience even worse was their staff. They did not have any staff who can communicate fluently in English. By the way, we were asked to pay our room charge three times because of hotel staff's error. We used google translators for communication for the whole time. When I made a request to spark to hotel management, all of the sudden, there was no more problem about room charge. It made me guessing the hotel just made a change in room charge or mislabeled room price on Hotels.com but they were still trying to collect payment after we checked in. This stay was truly a horrible experience.
This property was a great find at 9 pm and although it was challenging to communicate with the staff and breakfast buffet was not great, it was nothing bad on the hotel or staff just a fact that they donât speak English and we donât speak Japanese. I recommend this hotel to everyone who is staying in the area for a quick and solid place to sleep and eat
I happen to find this place in Naha, Okinawa because my usual hotel was already full. My cousin had done his research and suggested this place. At first, I wasnât so excited about it, but when I saw the hotel and lobby, I was truly amazed how nice it was for the money yet u
I rarely write bad reviews.
61st time in Japan and 11th time in Okinawa. I have never ever had a problem. This time I had the shock of my life.
Yes, Okinawa is part of Japan but Okinawans have none of the civilized and deeply respectful manners Japanese people have. THE STAFF WITHOUT ANY EXCEPTION were true monsters. Stay away from this hotel. All the staff hate foreigners , they are pathetic xenophobes and racists. They simply despise foreigners and take immense pleasure in humuliating and ridiculing their guests. Every single staff member was atrocious, but the worst of all was the painfully obese lady witn ridiculously painted hair . This is what happened:â1.We needed an extra pillow due to recent surgery. The staff told us the hotel( 600 + rooms!)do not have any extra pillows. They laughed and said if we paid 300Â¥ , they might try to find one. Can you believe this?? We had to book an extra room to get an extra pillow.
2.it was raining in the evening and we politely asked the obese angry lady to call one restaurant to make a resevation. She said NO! It is your problem that you donât speak Japanese. We had to ask hotel guest, a real lovely Japanese lady, not an okinawan, who was very kind and heloful to make the reservation.
3.Upon our departure we asked the staff to print our boarding passes. Again, blunt refusal- we donât do that for gayjins.
We were referred to repeatedly with the derogatory term gayjins. The most pathetic monster of all was the fat angry woman.
