"We had to wait over 2.5 hours past check-in for our room because it was still being cleaned, and the front desk didn't even apologize. Once inside, the sofa bed was broken, hard to open, and very uncomfortable. Because of the poor service and bad maintenance, I would not recommend this place and will not return."

"The staff were all very friendly, attentive and efficient. The bed was comfortable and the newly updated sink and lighting were excellent. The Nespresso machine was really appreciated. The room was a good size and had lots of natural light from the windows."

"The front of the property was dated but inviting. Our room was to the rear of the property and door to our room was unkempt and uninviting. The room itself was as pictured, however the tan and yellow colours were created from age old furnishings, rugs and drapery. The fragrance in the room was that of an age old smoking room. On the positive the sheets and pillowcases were clean, as was the room. Staff offered a different room which we looked at however we decided not to stay"
