"Room wasn’t clean at all. Lock was completely broken maintenance had to come and fix it and said it was unacceptable for the lock to be like this. Waitstaff took forever to serve us at the restaurant and everything was expensive. I swear the website showed parking was free a few months ago when I booked the hotel also thought I had one free breakfast. Room wasn’t very clean either, hair on the wall just didn’t feel clean."
