"Everything was near perfect. Except the toilet had a very bad odour. The hotel tried their best to appease my wife and me. On the last night offered to upgrade is to a suite - unfortunately it was too late. They should have dinner so at the time of our check-in when I requested an upgrade as part of our VIP package entitlement! According to them "the hotel is full". I wonder how the suite was available? But I must add that the staff were very good, extremely polite and helpful."

"Value for money. We stayed for 5 nights. The rooms are nice and clean. The location is good just off the main road so it's not noisy but close to all the main features in Ubud. The staff are exceptional, their hospitality, friendliness and helpfulness are first class. The breakfast every morning was made to order and delicious 😋. I definitely recommend the Swahita."

"The hotel is conveniently located and the staff was very accommodating. However, the spa books up quickly so keep that in mind. The room was basic but nice. I noticed it wasn’t super clean behind head the reach places like the couch where there was a dead bug. But overall I was pretty happy and would stay there again. "

"The stay was great! Check in was super quick but I checked in in the evening after a 3 hour flight. The room was good to just that the AC took a long time to cool the room and made some noises (it needs cleaning). This hotel is one of the few hotels in central Ubud that has a rooftop pool. Breakfast was adequate but nothing to shout about. Close proximity within 1 min to Coco Supermarket which often the meeting point for tours."
