"A great little hidden gem in this area - we stayed here as a stopover to our next location. Room was clean and super cozy. Staff was very nice and helpful with us settling in. Location is very quaint and I loved all the statues decorating the place. The bath was super nice! Would recommend staying here and getting the dinner & breakfast experience - the food smelt so good! "This is an excellent hotel for those who would like to eat out and go to nearby Onsen as the hotel does not have Onsen. The hotel was modern Japanese feel, designed by a local architect. It sits in a very quiet location and about 10 minutes walk to the jigoku area."

"Impeccable service! So we did not indicate that we have two children joining us as we always do when we book our accommodation. The owner couple accommodated us in all ways, providing the children with meals and even remaking the bed such that it fit the four of us. What stood out the most is that we have forgotten our travel adapter. When we did not respond to their email as we were out at the safari, the owner even drove out to the theme park to pass it to us.
