"What a wonderful stay we had in Kittery at this hotel. It’s brand new. The amenities are superb. Our room came with a king bed, a couch AND a kitchen set up with a full size refrigerator. The room was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. I did request extra pillows since there were only three on the king bed. "Great kitchen space and lots of room to relax. I found the blinking light over the bed quite annoying and had to cover it to be able to sleep. It flashed and lit the entire bedroom. I also found out mid shower that the shampoo was empty and butterflies were dead in the TV remotes. Small insignificant details make huge differences."

"One of the more unique properties at which we have ever stayed. We had rooms 32 and 33...top floor with gorgeous ocean views and a balcony. The staff is amazing, especially Andy. Rooms are small but that is the only drawback and they have found a way I maximize the space. Highly recommended...."
