"The rooms were comfortable and mine connected to a lovely terrace. However it was unusually warm during my stay and I felt uncomfortable sleeping with my terrace door open, I closed it and was quite hot in my room. I was able to street park easily and the hostel is very well located for walking around town and to the lakefront."

"Nice two days business visit at Östersund, hotel is in good spot right in the hard of the town, depite to that it was easy to find free over night place for big van I was travelling."

"Wonderful hotel. Only stayed to sleep after late ferry. Parking nearby but hard to find. Nowhere to stop outside hotel."

"We weren't sure what to expect but enjoyed our stay and it was suitable for what we needed to do whilst in Ostersund. We had a number of sled dogs with us and these were accommodated without restriction. I can only give an average score on a number of things as I don't have anything much to compare against. However, the owners/managers were lovely, friendly and helpful and even came to watch at our event that we were taking part in. Down side, our water heater might not have been working too well as only one shower before having to wait a couple of hours for another person to be able to have one. No instructions as to how to use cooker/other kitchen appliances. Surprised we had to pay extra for bedding and towels. Lovey location and views, convenient for Ostersund town centre access and close to airport. We would definitely go back if returning to the same event."

"In the information is spa, suna, pool, access to computer in lobby , …. But it’s all out of service! Also they don’t have good cleaning service."
