This property is great for a stay if you are visiting the university. There are 2 supermarkets near by and you have access to the kitchen and dining room.

The rooms were comfortable and mine connected to a lovely terrace. However it was unusually warm during my stay and I felt uncomfortable sleeping with my terrace door open, I closed it and was quite hot in my room. I was able to street park easily and the hostel is very well located for walking around town and to the lakefront.

I saw one employee only the day I checked in. I guess they are on reduced working hours due to Xmas season. The premises are excellent and well worth the money. I had to leave before schedule so I hope I'll get refunded. Anyway, the place is very well run, clean and comfortable

quick and easy check-in

Located in the centre of town, easy to find and check-in was done very easily. If you arrive after the official check-in time, it's important that you have wifi to get the door code. If not, you should have a mobile phone to call the manager for asking the code (in Sweden there aren't so many public telephones).

Var kun litt problemer med innsjekk, da vi kom litt sent og ikke hadde fått nøkkelkode. Så tok litt tid før vi fikk rommet, da det var problemer med telefonen. Men de leste melding jeg sendte og da ordnet alt seg enkelt. Kommer gjerne igjen

Helt okej ställe. Enkelt att checka in själv efter receptionen stängt. Rätt okej rum, godtagbar säng. Trevligt att kunna gå utomhus från rummet (även om det mest regnade). Dock så fick jag inget påslakan, men däremot 6st örngott. Tur att det var väldigt varmt på rummet. Okej frukost. Riktigt dåligt vattentryck i duschen, dessutom inte särskilt varmt vatten. Trevlig tjej som jobbade. Bra läge och bra med garage.

Mycket bra men lite varmt rum

Bra läge, okej fräscht för ett vandrarhem, smidig incheckning, rymligt rum (familjerummet). Rummet blev dock väldigt varmt i sommarvärmen så någon form av ac/ventilation hade gett rummet full pott.

Det enda som var problem med för mig var kranen i handfatet på rum 11. Den var så svår att hantera att mina artroshänder inte klarade av att öppna den. Fick be min dotter om hjälp varje gång (rum 9) Väldigt tråkigt

Prima og enkelt.

Flott plass for enkel overnatting i Østersund. Sentralt og rolig sted uten mye trafikkstøy. Kjekt med felles kjøleskap med eget rom for hvert rom. Billig og trygg parkering i kjeller under oppholdet.

Med tanke på att det var ett vandrarhem tycker jag att vistelsen blev över förväntan. Glatt överraskad att städning ingick i priset. Köksdelen var inte riktigt fräsch men det beror mer på dem som bor där och som inte tar sitt eget ansvar. Väldigt nöjd med vistelsen där.
