"We ended up in a different room on the second night, because of a heater issue. It was a just a bit loud. We didn’t complain and would have stayed there both nights. Staff called us and offered a different, bigger room, so we took it. Both rooms were perfect. Clean, updated. Parking was great, and the staff were amazing. "

I requested a specific room in the old building on the corner on top floor and requested if that was not available a room anywhere in the new building would be my second choice. Typical weather for our Saturday and no chef for our Saturday morning breakfast so we got 20% off for saturday night stay because no hot items for breakfast at the buffet. Pool was nice and warm. "On checkout the staff member refused to give me, or even show me, the account for the restaurant/bar items that I had charged to my room, simply informing me that there were 5 items and that as I had booked my room through Expedia the account and receipt would come from them. I am a long time, fairly frequent, independent, traveller and have never, ever, been refused an account on checking out of a hotel.
