The place was very nice. However, the place is not within walking distance to the downtown area as stated on the site. There also was construction work that was disturbing for 2 days. Overall, I really enjoyed the place!

Had a great stay. You can step down and swim in the cove there or visit beaches and attractions nearby as its close to everything in Ocho Rios. The place was super clean Fyah is friendly and made communication easy. You can cook, relax, play pool, watch Netflix and the many other options on the smart TV and ALEXA. The bed is super comfortable. Had a great time!

We really enjoyed our stay here.

I wanted to find an apartment/condo type accommodation so my family could all stay together when we weren’t out and about, and this place was perfect. The gated community has well-manicured landscapes and the unites were very clean and tidy. Although I do wish there was a bit more parking in front of the unit, it wasn’t difficult to find one nearby. The rooms themselves are nice, Keurigs and snacks in every room and a full kitchen (we even made spaghetti one night). The air conditioning in each room kept everyone nice, cool and comfortable at night, but I would like to note the common areas do not have AC (FYI). The beach access may not be a “beach” in the traditional sense, but the cove (hence the name of the place), is absolutely beautiful, and PRIVATE! The pool is really nice as well, and overlooks the cove (pic-worthy) for sure. Fyah was very pleasant to work with from the start and Mr. Folks was very helpful throughout our stay. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

Ask Questions before you book!!!

I must say that the place is beautiful and the service is great. But the listing can be misleading. While the pictures do show a pool table and a full-sized kitchen these are only available in the common area. Not in the individual rooms. Also, the “Ocean View” doesn’t show much of the ocean. There really isn’t a beach. There is a small area of that maybe was a beach sometime ago but because of the rising sea level there isn’t really any sand at the waters edge. Its beautiful to look at. But, you step down from the stairs right into the water. The place is super clean though we did deal with some ants. We loved it and would definitely come back. Fyah and Folkes were extremely helpful.

This place was AMAZING!!!! Everything is so well put together, place is spotless, it’s super close to the town so no hassle to find restaurants, supermarkets etc. Quiet, safe environment! I love it.

I like that this is an apartment styled room in a gated community. The property is beautiful. It didn't feel like we were confined to a resort. The bathroom is gorgeous, styled very nicely. The air-conditioning unit kept the room cool and comfortable. I also enjoyed the Jamaican breakfast served each morning. My husband finally got his longed missed callaloo.

Overall the property is beautiful. A little more presentable greeting from the owner for someone who is not familiar with the areas. I was a little uncomfortable at first but the stay was pleasant.
