The team were welcoming, helpful, and genuinely good people, creating a relaxed and positive atmosphere. They kindly allowed me to store my belongings after checkout so I could explore more of the island, which I really appreciated. They also helped arrange a driver for me to visit my family’s area in Jamaica, which made the experience even more special. The hotel itself has a lovely rooftop pool and a great overall vibe. Staff were professional, friendly, and made the stay feel easy and comfortable. Wishing the team continued success — I’d definitely recommend Saga Palma Hotel to anyone visiting Jamaica."

"Moon Palace Jamaica is a stunning resort — gorgeous pools, beautiful beach, excellent food and drinks, and warm attentive staff. We had a genuinely great time and would likely go back. That said, a couple of things need to be said honestly. Our arrival was rough. They mixed up our room and we waited over an hour to check in after a long day of travel. For a resort at this price point, that kind of disorganization is a poor way to welcome guests and left us frustrated before we’d even unpacked. We were also pulled into what turned out to be a lengthy, high-pressure timeshare sales presentation. It was aggressive and went well beyond what was implied when we agreed to it. Go in prepared to say no — firmly, and more than once. Once we got past those two things, the resort really did shine. The amenities, the atmosphere, the food, and the overall experience were everything we hoped for. Just be ready for a bumpy start and keep your guard up when the “resort orientation” invitation comes around.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​"

"Pull up to the front desk it wasn’t bad but that area could use a little work. The gentleman at the front desk was pretty professional. The property could use a some renovation also. Pool area was clean. Proceed to the room area I must say it was clean smell good and all I could need for a weekend getaway was there. My only problem I had is that I ask for a dueen bed and I think what I get was two double. But I’m not one for complaining so it was all good. I will definitely be going back there."

"Our 7 night stay was great! The room was clean, the location is walking distance to everything and it has 24 hour security. Our host made sure we had everything we needed and was only a text away if we had any questions. Highly recommend if you want to experience Jamaica and its culture. We will be back "
