"Beautiful grounds, excellent staff but room fell short of expectations - no air conditioning, bath/shower difficult to get into, no shower caps, no toilet brush, flush difficult to use, waste bin not emptied - maybe all OK when built (2005?) but at the price charged we hoped for better.
