Hotel Rooms with Balcony in Oakland

"Easy highway access"

"Beautiful Hotel, but I was put in the older wing. Had to go down, then walk the take another elevator to my room which was fine, but the main light took 30 sec to turn on when entering. For an expensive hotel, that was not fun stumbling around trying find another switch to work"

"The building seemed to need a little upgrade. The room was basic. A step above a motel. The drawers would not stay closed after putting clothes in them and I had to remind the staff that it would be three people staying in the room and I needed towels for on more than one occasion. Also, breakfast was not refilled after nine and almost empty and put away at 9:30am "

"Parking fees were unexpected."

"Only 1 working elevator during my stay, no tissues, hand soap or water cups available in the room. Parking was gated, but access to the gated area required a call to the front desk, which was not explained upon check in. "

"Staff was very nice and accommodating. Facility is nice and clean. Nice gym. AC system can get a bit improvement 😊 but I would go back there for another stay."
