Hotels in Oakdale Park, Ormond Beach

"The view was spectacular. The shower was difficult to navigate, the lamp on the desk didn’t work, there was no freezer in the fridge which we needed. Bathroom door very heavy and didn’t close totally. Staff was amazing, hotel was beautiful and clean, 2 of the elevators were out of service so had to wait awhile during check in. Overall, we enjoyed our stay."

"I have to say this was one of the most best hotels i’ve stayed at while being in Daytona. The room was clean & really nice. Easy access to the beach & multiple restaurants and shopping stores walking distance. We got there a couple hours early but front desk gave us no issues to get are parking pass and park while we went to the beach. Def would recommend to anyone & i will be coming back! :) "

"The shower curtain needs to be replaced- mold along the bottom. Grout in shower needs some attention too- mold present. "

"We loved the hotel. BUT...the lady at the front desk on the left side (facing the desk) was OBVIOUSLY not amused with us being there. We tried to ignore that & asked if they could hold our luggage at the front desk. EVERY SINGLE HOTEL in the world, will allow you to do that,at least some luggage. What did she say? Very snappy "Well how much do have, we don't have a lot of space!" There's a way to say ANYTHING. Working at the front desk, being an older lady, she should know this by now. Her tone was OFF with us during every encounter with her. It really threw us off. We had requested to check in early, prior to the check in date. Of course, she made us wait for absolutely reason. Okay, fine, we'll wait. When we did check in, we asked for the high floor that we had requested PRIOR to check in date. This lady put us on the 2nd floor, which is the lowest floor that has rooms. We know FOR A FACT, there WERE rooms available on other floors, including the 10th floor!!!!! How did we know this?? It was confirmed later that evening by YOUR STAFF, that our type of room was available on SEVERAL FLOORS that day. In fact, the 10th floor room went to a man who only stayed 1 night. Really?? There were SEVERAL ROOMS available on higher floors that was our type of room. We REALLY wanted a higher floor for the privacy aspect. It's ridiculous that you would not accommodate, JUST BECAUSE YOU DONT WANT TO. It felt VERY SPITEFUL. The NICE staff with Locs confirmed this.Review continues in comments."

"The young lady at the front desk was very nice, even with a lack of the English language, however after that the nightmare began, no internet on Sunday and Monday morning so I could not plan my future activities and then it was too late to find another hotel, very unsecured property, parking lot had lights that never came on so had to stay up most of the night guarding our car, anyone can walk right in from the rear because the doors are missing the door strikes, when checking out the property we ran across a drug deal going on in the rear parking lot. "
