"Everything was excellent and lovely staff. Only thing that stopped us giving 5* was the breakfast, which was nice, but choice on buffet bar was a limited for that standard of hotel."

"Great hotel in a good location. Real milk in the fridge in the room instead of the normal UHT milk which I’ve never seen before and was a bonus. Rooms are really modern and comfortable. We only booked this hotel literally two hours before arriving and rates were decent. We’d definitely stay at this hotel again. Staff were really friendly as well."

"Beautiful hotel in a great location and the staff were kind enough to let us work from the bar until our rooms were ready. Valet parking was easy. Pre-check in was fine but check in when our rooms were ready was a faff and took longer than it should have as the staff were repeating the steps completed at pre check in. My room was lovely but very noisy so windows are single pane (the hotel is a listed building) but there was what sounded like construction noise outside/nearby all night which...

"Always a delight to return to the Wilde as it is one of the best value hotels in Manchester Even if you're going out for meals rather than cooking it is great to have fridge for wine and milk. One amazing attention to detail is the little magnet cover to put on the clock on the microwave so as to achieve full darkness. The only issue for us with hotels that do not service the room for a stay of four days is wet towels but the Wilde have a heated towel rail to stop this being a problem."

"I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times before but this may be my last. We had a room on the second floor, the room and corridor had a v musty smell. The blinds in the room didn’t open properly and the decor in the room looked as though it needed refurbishment. The breakfast choice was ok but the food was lukewarm. An average stay."

"Good location, lots of shops and take aways nearby. No problem getting parked, car park is a 2 min walk and discounted to £17 per 24 hours if you pay at the hotel. Rooms are nice, lovely breakfast."

"Fantastic stay at the Moxy! The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and down to earth, which made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The bar had an amazing selection of drinks, and there were plenty of fun activities at the hotel. The hotel is quirky and full of character. We stayed in a family room with four adults and were impressed by how clean, spacious, and well-designed it was, with a divider that gave everyone a bit of privacy. Would definitely stay again!"
