"This August stay was only for 1 night, however this is our 3rd stay here. We stayed in the Executive Suite, Park View and will request this room for future stays. A large soaking tub, robes, private full balcony, lovely king size bed and a mini fridge. The room temperature was perfect for us as well. Note, this is up one flight of stairs. "My experience was terrible as soon as we entered the owner of the property started asking us how we got it for so cheap and started venting about it. That is how we were welcomed and it is such a terrible way to welcome somebody who’s going to be your guest. There was no water in the fridge or even in the kitchen area that we could use. The bathroom was terrible. The toilet wasn’t even cleaned and it stink everywhere, including the room. The owner did not help with anything that was asked, and...

"The room was clean and the AC worked well. We were very comfortable. The neighborhood did not have a ton of nearby restaurants but very close to the bus and metro."
