"Fabulous stay. I checked in online the evening before as the property does not have a recpetion. We got there about 3pm and the PIN we were sent was wrong. Luckily a man was there who helped by phoning for us. We were not informed of which room we had or how to access the key. Once again the man (sorry we do not know who he was) helped us - thank goodness. The hotel was beautiful. The location was very centeral but quiet. Dirty around property meaning on the main path outside property burst and rotten and smelly rubbish all along path guessing the council bin men have had strike action and council not quick enough to clean area up thoroughly."

"Accommodation was great, clean and newly refurbished with spacious room and good shared kitchen/laundry facilities. Shortage of forks/mugs however in kitchen. Good location near university with lots of nearby buses and train to centre. Accommodation could do better with recycling though and communal lights left on 24 hrs etc. HOWEVER I extended my stay and was NOT given the new door code so was forced to wait for more than 2 hours outside until the ‘emergency’ phone number picked up.
