En recepción, me impactó la muy profesional atención de JAVIER. Su simpatía, amabilidad, y vocación de servicio: Nos resolvió una situación que facilitó nuestro tour a Egipto mientras regresábamos nuevamente a Madrid. Nunca lo olvidaré. Katerine, la dominicana Mucama del Piso 3, muy servicial y amable! Regresariamos sin dudarlo al H10, cuando regresemos a Madrid. "

"Great location. The hotel is located very close to Puerta del Sol and all the shops and restaurants, but not so close that it was loud outside the open window. The lobby had a lot of stairs incorporated into the design, so not ideal for differently abled or immobile guests, but the design was beautiful and modern. The room was spotless. The front desk staff were friendly but lacked warmth. I didn't feel especially welcomed. The bellman were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was quite nice with multiple delicious options on a large buffet, and reasonably priced. The room design and amenities were quite nice and the bathroom was spacious and clean. The shower had nice water pressure."

"Amazing stay!! Everyone in the front desk was very helpful and friendly. One gentleman even helped me get soda out of the vending machine at 3am!! LUCIA allowed me to check in early after a long travel on plane and taxi- upgraded my room for free on top of that!!! The cleaning was immaculate. The cleaning service lady left the room spotless everyday, i would see her in the hallway and she would offer me towels, soap, waters whatever i needed additional. Ive stayed at tons of hotels in the past but this one was perfect to say the least "
