"This is a beautiful resort! Staff is so friendly and helpful. They really make your stay exceptional! We have been there many times but not in the last 14 years. I would say that the grounds are not kept up as well as in the past, but still very beautiful. Rooms were clean, except for the floor walking around very little without shoes, feet were black. "Our experience was not the best! First getting to access the property from the app was not easy. The link didn’t work. It took us about an hour to finally get it to work. The condo was nice but needs repairs, the beds and pillow were not comfortable, there were holes on walls and the main bed room AC started to leak with water.
