"Very clean and very comfortable. They are very vague about you putting everything back. Does it mean you have to wash all of your dishes and put them back exactly? Communication was lacking. Of the two emails I sent, I never got a response. I left some stuff there and asked if it was found and they decided not to answer me. "Very special property that we loved. We stayed in January and esp loved the onsen and subfloor heating. Check in was easy enough because there was the option of online pre-registration. The road to the house was windy but not too bad - note that the GPS in the rental car may not show you the way. We used Google maps and got there without difficulty. We were thankful to have a 4WD and snow tires, because there was ice on parts of the road. Highly recommend the place!"

"The hotel itself is in a great location with amazing services and teams. The room we stayed in was nice and big and was restocked when needed.
